North Atlantic Distribution is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
Experience:
- Proficiency in using accounting software for data entry and reporting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
