Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Outside Sales Position. The Outside Sales Representative is expected to expand overall sales, improve overall margin, introduce and sell new products, secure business with long term supply agreements, all while taking excellent care of our expanding customer base. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Understand and be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products we sell
- Consistently review and report on sales calls, sales outcomes and sales opportunities
- Maintain an acceptable minimum level of margin for the assigned sales account roster and for any new business
- Consistently present new products to the customer base and to competitive accounts
- Secure Norco business through the use of product supply agreements
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and work closely with key Norco vendor partners
- Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Ability to frequently lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, etc.)
