Job Description
Norco, Inc. is currently offering a signing bonus of $1,500.00 for this position. Details of the signing bonus can be discussed during the interview. (Applies to full-time direct new hires only)
Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our VA Coordinator position. The VA Coordinator coordinates medical equipment service calls and customer owned medical equipment repairs. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Take referral orders from the VA Prosthetic Department
- Assign tasks to the respective branch store
- Maintain the computer-tracking database for proper tracking and month-end billing
- Assign daily activities of the Boise VA Delivery Driver
- Work with the Boise VA RT in completing the required oxygen checks and CPAP set-ups
- Post a monthly billing in the CU software to give credit to the Branch stores for work completed
- Coordinate VA DME equipment maintenance and repair
- Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
Qualifications
- Previous experience in respiratory equipment repair
- Demonstrates timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when dealing with patients/clients, vendors and other Norco personnel
- Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge or any software applications necessary to the position
