Norflex, Inc, a growing plastics company located in Hudson, WI, has immediate openings for a Night Shift Supervisor.

Physical: Factory work, frequently lifts 40lbs to shoulder height minimum or 10 times per hour, stand and walk for 12-hour shift, climb ladders and work from platforms up to 20 ft. high, sufficient hearing to hear and respond to warnings, alarms and horns.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Operates and makes adjustments to ensure extrusion machinery and equipment processes are producing at peak quality and efficiency levels.

· Completes paperwork, identifies what needs to be done or changed daily.

· Performs activities assigned and maintains extrusion machine process to produce product that meets or exceeds customer requirements at standard efficiency.

· Palletizes product and boxes unitizes pallet loads, moves pallets to staging area, operates pallet jack, lift-truck, and stretch wrap machine as required and trained.

· Performs some janitorial work, sweep, clean and wipe down machinery, maintains a clean and orderly work area, and follows safety rules.

· Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment problems

· Other task as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities to perform duties effectively

· Good attention to detail, while working under time constraints.

· Strong collaborative skills to work with team members, leads and maintenance team.

· Ability to work under limited supervision.

· Knowledge of algebra and/or geometry; as well as understand complex instructions.

GREAT OPPORTUNITY to make some good money, get overtime, and still have 7 days off per pay period!

Schedule is 7pm-7am on a 3 day/2 day rotation with every other weekend off. Work only 7 days out of 14 days and get overtime too.
