We’re in search of a friendly and qualified Front Desk Receptionist to help support the corporate staff in ensuring smooth and efficient daily business operations. The front desk receptionist will have administrative responsibilities including:
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and transfer callers, if needed.
- Greet and assist visitors, issue badges.
- Accept deliveries, mail and packages, and distribute.
- Communicate via phone, email, mail and fax.
- Maintain and order office supplies.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
