Primary Purpose:
Support the Corporate and Purchase Card programs and the processes of supporting the payment for purchases services and materials.

Principal Duties:
- Perform card administrative tasks related to the corporate and purchase card programs and perform audits for travel & expense policy compliance.
- Prepare accounts payable accrual analyses, journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Ensure accounts payable transactions are recorded in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, corporate policy, documented internal controls and other regulatory requirements.
- Work extensively and communicate professionally with a variety of internal and external customers.
- Develop a complete understanding of the accounts payable accounting cycles and provide suggestions for process improvement.
- Collaborate with IT to solve system problems and perform user acceptance testing for system enhancements and upgrades.
- Prepare schedules and supplemental information requested by external auditors and internal business partners.
