Norfolk State University's Parking division is looking to hire an Administrative and Office Specialist.
Job Duties:
- To provide safe and efficient Parking Services campus-wide in a professional,
- To assist campus administrators, faculty/staff, students, and visitors with parking
- To assist in departmental administrative duties, such as processing citation
- Issue parking passes and handles complaints regarding parking tickets in person or via telephone.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Skilled in keyboarding, have a good command of the English language and the ability to use good discretion and sound judgment when handling a situation.
- Must demonstrate the ability to interpret policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in the area of computers and must possess clerical skills.
