What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Lead position at Norhart?

The Roofing Lead will be responsible for building a roofing from the ground up. This team will be responsible for installing various roofing materials including shingles, rubber roof, windows, exterior doors, decks, etc. As a lead, you will be responsible for supervising and providing leadership to the roofing crew.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a roofing supervisor (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in both roofing with a variety of materials
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Rubber Roof experience
- Must have a good understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and blueprint reading
- Roofing versatility in commercial types and asphalt would be a major plus
