60 Day Probationary Period

Starting rate of $15.00/ hr. with the potential to earn over $27.00/hr. after two years

POSITION SUMMARY:
Operates assigned machines and monitors parts as directed by their Production Supervisor using all necessary equipment, data, and resources to ensure the quality and integrity of the product and process.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Exercise safe work practices.
- Ensure work area is safe and free of all potential safety hazards.
- Comply with QMS and EHS Standard policies and procedures.
- Ensure good housekeeping / 5S practices.
- Comply with Emergency Preparedness policies and procedures.
- Supports and promotes the company quality objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Reacts to non-conforming and out-of-control conditions by following company
procedures (i.e. NCR Plan).
- Follow all Job Standards and Work Instructions for the process running.
- Measure all parts in your required cell per the Job Standard to ensure quality of part produced.
- Monitor machines to ensure quality and rate of objectives are being met.
- Complete AX Label per work order.
- Comply with all Company and Corporate policies.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative, fast paced environment.
- Practice and promote NBS tools.
- Follows Code of Conduct & Anti-Corruption Policies.
- Communicates with other operators regarding day to day problems.
- Good attendance.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
- Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead and bend to the floor.
- Exert 25 to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or
- Exert 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or

§ Reading machine dial gauges, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments used in the inspection of parts.
HEARING ABILITY:
§ Ability to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes in order to take appropriate action.

Fast paced, high volume manufacturing production.
