The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting patients and checking them in for appointments, answering phones, scheduling appoitnments, verifying insurance benefits, collecting medical insurance copays,
**Duties:**
- Greet patients as as they arrive at the office
- Answer incoming calls and address patients concerns
- Schedule patients for appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility
**Skills:**
- Data entry and computer skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA
- Experience working with medical insurances and/or vision insurances
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a front desk role is beneficial
- Strong customer support and customer service skills
