Responsibilities Include:
Wound Nurse duties include monitoring infections, QAPI, staff trainings, medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents’ care, and implementation of schedules for residents.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or greater from an accredited college preferred
- Unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state in which we operate
- LTC/SNF experience preferred
