Job Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager with outstanding people skills to enhance the organization's human resources department. The Human Resource Manager will carry out the
day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, including recruitment,
benefits, leaves, assisting with policy interpretation, and providing support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise. Will administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations. Required to maintain and practice compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, recommended best practices, review and maintain policies, and be able to communicate such with department managers.
This position reports to the System Director of Human Resources and will be located at North Country Home Health & Hospice and Weeks Medical Center.
Essential qualifications: Must possess a high work ethic and excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred. 7 years of human resources experience required.
