Summary of Work
This position will provide direct service to with the elderly and/or disabled individuals in their home to enable them to continue to reside in their home/community. Work responsibilities include providing environmental services and personal cares to eligible individuals, such as (laundry, shopping, housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, bathing, hair care…). Individual will be responsible for accurately documenting activities through electronic visit verification, or paper logs. This position requires daily travel to client homes throughout Ransom and Sargent Counties. Individual would participate in staffing and required trainings to maintain Qualified Service Provider status.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have a high school diploma or GED; and two (2) years of work experience providing direct care to special populations; current CNA license preferred.
If no qualified Direct Care Associate III applicants are found, we will consider filling this position as a Direct Care Associate II, which requires a high school diploma or GED; and one (1) year of work experience providing direct care to special populations; current CNA license preferred.
If no qualified Direct Care Associate III applicants are found, we will consider filling this position as a Direct Care Associate I, which requires a high school diploma or GED; current CNA license preferred.
Knowledge and experience using Microsoft 365 business applications including Teams, and Word.
