We are GROWING!! Come join our TEAM! North Hills Life Care and Rehab, Inc. is a 92 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in search for a LPN or RN to fill charge nurse position. This is a full time position with benefits such as vacation, health insurance, etc.
The main purpose of this position is to collect the necessary information to complete resident assessment and transmit required MDS data to the State in accordance with applicable regulations, laws, and facility policy and procedures.
