North Metro Cleaners is a reputable cleaning company based out of Dayton, MN. Be your own boss, and turn cleaning into a lucrative career. Sign up in 10 minutes and begin working as soon as this week.

Get a flexible work schedule by being an Independent Cleaner with us. We are currently looking for qualified independent house cleaners with previous cleaning experience to join our company.

Non-exclusive - No problem if you already have your own customers. Use North Metro Cleaners to fill-in the gaps in your schedule.

Pick your territory - You set the areas that you want to work.

Make great money! - We pay an average of $25-$35 per hour, plus Tips. That's about $1000 - $1800 per week, depending on how much you want to work.

Weekly payouts - Payouts are processed on a weekly basis.

Flexible schedule - You pick when you'd like to work. You set your own cleaning schedule. You tell us your availability. We send you the cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for.

Qualifications:

• Must Have: 2 years paid house cleaning experience 3 professional and 3 personal references
• Speak English (or being able to use a translator app)
• Friendly and helpful attitude towards customers
• Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance

Full time or part time okay. We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients. You're able to keep your already established clientele. We're just here to help you gain more business. Start Date: ASAP, interview and background screening takes a few days. You take care of only the cleaning and get 50% of each job, which equals $25-$35 per cleaning hour.

What we're looking for:

Each qualified prospect will undergo a background screening. You must pass the screening process to be considered.

Transportation:

Your own means of getting to- and from- clients (on time!)

Your own cleaning products and equipment (some clients also prefer eco-friendly options)

Phone and email:

Access to a smart phone and email (and Internet connection at all times)

Once a housecleaner is accepted to work with our company, we will begin to send you jobs as soon as possible. However, we are not able to immediately send you 40 hours worth of cleaning jobs right away. As you work with our company, you will begin to build an ongoing client base.

Qualifications:

• Be available Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm
• Be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Cell phone is required
• Must speak English
