The Recruiter is an excellent opportunity for a highly talented and dynamic HR professional seeking to join a growing company undergoing exciting changes. This person will have primary responsibilities for full-cycle recruiting and maintaining a database of candidates for positions throughout the North Ridge campus. Additional duties will include candidate screening, position advertising, assistance with pre-employment documentation, onboarding and developing and implementing unique ways to recruit and attract top talent.
This is a FT Monday-Friday position working 10am-6:30pm
Education/Learning Experience
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Desired: Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience
Required: 3 years' experience recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment
Desired: Experience hiring or placing licensed healthcare employees.
Desired: Experience managing candidate database software.
Skills/Knowledge
Required: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
