Preschool Program Director
The Program Director (PD) will serve as the senior site-level leader (onsite) for facility quality assurance and operations management for a licensed early childhood education facility in the DFW area. The PD’s are Director-level administrators onsite at each center dedicated to meeting Texas Rising Star (TRS) and Fractal Ed brand standards at the facility level. The PD will work directly with Fractal Education corporate leadership and Area Directors to develop and implement operational and facility management practices, including maintaining the ProCare enterprise management system, while promoting a site-level identity of continuous improvement and professional growth among all staff.
The PD will work onsite at the facility side-by-side with the center Education Director (ED), who is responsible for classroom level standards and teacher performance. The PD will report directly to the Area Director, who is responsible for the business management of the center, and will coordinate with the Area Director to manage parent tours and convert enrollment leads. The PD will also manage the onsite Program Coordinator, who supports the center with site level administration, file management, and logistics.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and performance of site-level standards at their facility to a TRS 4-star level and Fractal Ed quality assurance metrics;
Support the recruitment, scheduling, and operational management of center staff;
Collaborate with the Education Director at their facility, also a Director-level position, to deliver strong leadership and execution of site-level priorities and programmatic objectives;
Provide dynamic leadership to inspire center stakeholder alignment with Fractal Education vision and Area Director priorities;
Coordinate with Area Director and Fractal Education departments to integrate value-add services, such as Marketing/Communications, Facilities Management, IT, etc;
Manage day-to-day operational and facility needs of the center and proactively optimize center operational practices;
Manage the Program Coordinator to effectively maintain site level administration and leverage their time effectively;
Manage the ProCare enterprise system and Intellikid CRM system with completeness and accuracy under leadership of the Area Director;
Participate in Fractal Education PD group meetings and trainings, providing support to Fractal Education Performance Division leadership for the training and development of other facility PD’s;
Support the development and implementation of Fractal Education operational systems and structures to ensure effective and efficient operations; and
Foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues, and serve as a positive role model for staff.
Qualifications:
Child Development Associate degree or equivalent in education or a related field;
5 years of experience as an onsite administrator in an early childhood education;
10 years total experience onsite in a Texas-licensed early education center;
Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood operational practices, ProCare, and CRM systems;
Demonstrated knowledge of accreditations, including Texas Rising Star (TRS) and National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC);
Demonstrated ability to manage enrollment processes, site-level administration, scheduling, and quality assurance;
Strong leadership, mentorship, and partnership skills with other site level administration;
Ability to analyze and interpret student data to inform operational decisions;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills; and
Must pass a background check and have a valid drivers license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
