Job Duties:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all credentialing documentation for Managed Care, Medicaid, Tricare, and Medicare, maximizing reimbursement and maintaining up-to-date provider records.
- Act as the primary contact for clinical staff on credentialing questions and issues, offering solutions and ensuring smooth operations.
- Keep abreast of HIPAA, state, federal, and agency regulations to protect sensitive health information and maintain compliance.
- Track certification and license expirations, manage corporate provider contracts, and uphold the integrity of our credentialing database.
- Identify training needs and communicate them effectively to ensure that every team member is equipped to succeed.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- You bring and at least three years of administrative experience and two years of credentialing experience, with a solid understanding of managed care/insurance contracts and Medicare/Medicaid requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or equivalent), exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail are essential. You excel in both written and verbal communication and are adept at managing large volumes of information.
- A customer-focused mindset, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment are key to your success.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience and training are crucial.
- Must be able to perform administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to filing and organizing.
