As the pivotal link between the SafeCare Program and our community partners, you will play a crucial role in educating potential consumers and referral agencies about the transformative services we offer. This dynamic position involves both outreach and direct service, ensuring high-risk families receive the support they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and facilitate presentations to inform community partners about the SafeCare Program.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, non-profits, churches, and more.
- Provide home-based clinical and social services to high-risk families, utilizing the SafeCare model.
- Advocate for families, assist with accessing community resources, and support crisis stabilization.
- Help families improve child health, home safety, parent-child interactions, and other vital areas.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, marketing, or related field OR a bachelor’s degree with 1 year relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS 365 applications, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to move freely in community settings, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Reliable vehicle, valid Oklahoma driver’s license, and current auto insurance with business purposes coverage.
- Complete all required training within 30 days of employment.
- TB test within 12 months prior to employment or within 30 days after hiring.
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, or during closures if required.
