Job Description: Receptionist/Secretary
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with various clerical tasks as needed
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Familiarity with computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
