NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

Compensation:
Fee for Service:
- Independent license: starting at $45/hr
- MA level starting at $40/hr
Salary and fee for service premiums paid for
- Non-English language capacity
- Experience
- Select clinical specialties
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field with a plan to become licensed as an LICSW or LMHC within 2 years
- Independent Clinical License (Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) preferred
- Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach

Fee for Service Therapists with a 15-hour caseload are eligible for pro-rated benefits after two years
