About the Opportunity Job Description Reporting directly to the Director of Graduate Enrollment Management, the Enrollment Counselor will assist in enrollment management activities required for engaging, recruiting, and yielding undergraduate and graduate students. The Enrollment Counselor will assist with recruitment and yield activities, assist with logistics for the Fall and Spring enrollment efforts, and assist the Director with any activities that the institution schedules. For graduate activities, the Enrollment Counselor will maintain a working knowledge of the Bouvé College graduate programs, represent the college at various recruitment activities, and assist with monitoring and engaging the application workflow from submission to enrollment. This role will be required to travel during peak recruitment season, which may include evening and weekend hours. The Enrollment Counselor will assist with the design of CAS admission cycle templates, updating admission requirements and working with the program directors to ensure a timely and effective admissions process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in a higher education setting. The individual must have strong organization and communication skills to work with diverse audiences at the undergraduate and graduate level. The ideal candidate will enjoy a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. The candidate should be able to communicate professionally and effectively on behalf of the college, set priorities and organize tasks, documents, and materials efficiently. Must have excellent analytical and computer skills. The incumbent must be able to work independently, complete work thoroughly and on time, and balance competing demands with courtesy and tact. Experience using Slate, Banner, SharePoint, Salesforce, and CAS systems are strongly preferred. The candidate must also be able to create and implement recruitment plans and travel on behalf of the college independently. The primary work location for this position is the Boston, MA campus. This position currently operates under a hybrid model, requiring a combination of on-campus presence along with a remote work option. The remote work location must be reviewed and approved. The specific work schedule will be dependent upon the operational needs of the (insert unit/department school), and the hybrid model is subject to change based on business needs and college and university policies and guidance.
