We are looking for a District Service Technician at our Northern Kentucky District Office in Edgewood, Kentucky.

This position provides maintenance services to multiple condominium and homeowners associations throughout the Northern Kentucky area.  Services will require skills in carpentry, roofing, plumbing, and electrical work.  The District Service Technician also helps with grounds work, snow removal, and other related tasks.

Scheduled hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM with on-call duties every third week.

You offer:

  • 1+ years of maintenance experience demonstrating above named skills
  • Able to frequently lift or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to withstand a wide range of outside weather conditions
  • Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills
  • Able to establish priorities, follow procedures, and work independently
  • Reliable truck or van large enough to transport ladders, equipment, and supplies
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and own hand tools
  • Drug and background check
