Northern Spy is hiring a Food Expeditor : responsible for ensuring efficient order flow between kitchen and waitstaff. Prioritize orders and assist with final dish preparation ensuring the presentation and continuity of the entree, as well as, temperature.
Responsibilities :
- Transfers important information between the kitchen and waitstaff
- Support other tasks as needed : food prep, maintaining sanitary surfaces, understanding health and safety rules in the restaurant, dexterity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
Wed-Sun : 4-9 $25 / hr. Open to flexibility on hours.
