Job Title: Systems Analyst
Job Location: Austin, TX
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Job Mission:
The Systems Analyst role is to provide support for troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-level access control, video system, and database applications.
The ideal candidate must be certified and well versed in physical security systems.
As an Systems Analyst, some of your responsibilities would include (but not limited to):
- Support the clients Global Physical Security Center / Systems
- Provide basic systems administration support for our various access control systems (Software House, CCure, Lenel)
- Provide CCTV and NVR systems level 1 technical support
- Conduct routine systems health check
- Assist remote field technicians / engineers in their troubleshooting efforts
- Complete route cause investigations for alarms and events
Ideally, you would have the following qualifications / skills:
- Have good working knowledge of electrical, electronic systems and basic troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of windows operating system
- Proven experience in enterprise level security systems
- Valid driver's license
