Assistant Community Manager - The Boulders

The Boulders Apartments is located in the heart of Amherst, and close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. This 256-unit community features amenities such as a fitness center and grilling areas.

We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with day to day operations at the community. The Assistant Manager monitors and enforces compliance with all company policies and procedures, will assist with the supervision of leasing and maintenance staff, and oversee rent collection and delinquency. As the back-up for the Community Manager they are responsible for profitability, cost, control, and maintaining operating budget. They serve as a representative of the company to residents, staff, vendors, and the public, and are charged with maintaining Northland’s high standards of customer service and quality.

 

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Experience in multifamily property management or hotel management
  • Experience managing staff
  • Ability and desire to advertise and market the community
  • Experience with MRI software preferred
