About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Consultant to represent Northland and deliver a top-tier customer experience to residents and prospects. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for apartment leasing, touring prospective residents, current resident retention, and satisfaction, as well as community-focused marketing.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and manage time effectively, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous sales or customer service experience is required, and working weekend shifts may be required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as walk-ins and scheduled appointments
- Support the onsite team with other tasks as needed
- Assist with community-focused marketing initiatives
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience to residents and prospects
