Northrop Grumman Space Systems is currently seeking an Associate/Engineer Systems to join the Launch Vehicles business unit to support the Sentinel Program in our Chandler, AZ office. The selected candidate will work to maintain the architectural model, manage subsystem/component/assembly level requirements, participate in verification/validation planning, and support of integration and test. This position will require candidates to work with a team of systems engineers from a broad array of technical backgrounds as well as component design IPTs responsible for hardware development and integration activities. To succeed in this role the ideal candidate should bring a positive attitude, enjoy collaboration across teams and disciplines, and showcase a strong technical background. * Active Secret clearance is required for this position
* Strong oral and written communication skill Preferred Qualifications: * A strong experienced-based and academic foundation in Systems Engineering fundamentals * System testing and launch operations experience is desired
* Experience with Agile and Scrum is desired
* Experience with IBM Rationale DOORS is desired
* Experience with SysML (specifically Cameo) is desired Salary Range: $60,600 USD - $91,000 USD Salary Range 2: $73,400 USD - $110,000 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
