SUMMARY
Greets customers arriving at service department.
Responsibilities/Duties
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Greets service department customers.
- Directs customers down service lanes.
- Cleans and maintains immediate service lane area.
- Provides dealership directions to customers and introduces them to service staff.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Keeps work area clean.
Required Skills
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to other employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Required Education
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school education up to the 11th grade.
