What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support - Solar position at NorthStar Alarm?
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Sales Support contributes to Smart Power Solar by designing proposals for residential solar opportunities. Collaborate with the sales rep to provide the services that the client needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research market rates
- Writing copies of proposals
- Determining pricing and timeline for customers' projects
- Be "tech-savvy" learning our CRM and new software programs
- Design the positioning of solar panels on customers' homes
- Work closely with sales reps and team members
- Some Data Entry
- Send contracts to customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and extremely accurate
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Problem solver and self motivated
- Highest standards of ethics and integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meet deadlines and follow through on tasks
- Must be able to pass a background check
WHAT WILL HELP YOU EXCEL:
- Sales Rep or Marketing experience
- Some college coursework in marketing, writing, or business
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- One year of Customer Relations experience
- Design or Proposal Solar industry experience.

SALES SUPPORT COMPENSATION:
- $12-$14/hr
- Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
- Hybrid (In office and Remote)
