Job Description
Maintains ambiance of facility by patching, painting and installing/ repairing wall covering, as directed.
Job Responsibility
- Paints interior/exterior walls, woodwork, doors, doorframes, piping, floors, etc
- Installs/patches wall coverings (vinyl, wallpaper etc.)
- Prepares areas for finishing by patching holes, sanding walls, applying primer coats etc
- Mixes paints/stain to match existing colors using a mixing machine and a paint shaker
- Maintains clean work area both before and after task completion
- Tours facility in order to identify future work and evaluate current condition of facility.
- Performs related duties, as required.

Job Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Completion of appropriate trade school, preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years demonstrable experience involving all phases of painting and wall covering, required.
- Knowledge of all equipment used for painting, patching, and wall covering such as brushes, rollers, sandpaper, paint shader, paint mixer, etc., required.
- Ability to estimate required supplies to complete tasks and install all types of wall covering. Ability to match paint and stain colors, required.
