Job Description
Oversees the ongoing process to identify opportunities to refine applications and workflow to meet business objectives, including assimilating applications, workflows, and operations to improve efficiency and outcomes internally and patient service externally.
Job Responsibility
1. Executes workplans to complete enterprise design; implementation of enterprise revenue cycle systems and transformed workflows.
2. Partners with business leaders to help strengthen the overall work environment and ensure decisions affecting employees are based on data in alignment with our strategic goals; develops strong relationships at all levels to facilitate attainment of goals.
3. Oversees the implementation of training program to effectively balance classroom, web based and practical application forums to manage the diverse educational needs of adult learner demographic.
4. Drives and monitors strategic operating goals and objectives and confirm ongoing transformation alignment with goals.
5. Oversees the implementation of policies and procedures to facilitate the efficient functioning of related departments; promotes optimal efficiency and productivity by
integrating functions across service lines.
6. Applies advanced knowledge ,skills and practices and performs using both an in-depth and broad perspective as needed
7. Provides generalist support with limited direction from leadership
8. Develops and drives the enterprise overall business strategy
9. Applies advanced business acumen to system-wide programs or initiatives
10. Anticipates business needs, secures required resources and leads initiatives to affect change in the system
11. Serves as project/technical lead on enterprise-wide projects
12. Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
13. Interfaces with multiple functions across the enterprise. Serves as a top advisor and one of the organization's senior level spokespersons and experts internally and externally.

Job Qualification
Master's Degree or Doctorate or equivalent combination of education and related experience
15 years of relevant experience and 5 years of leadership / management experience, required.

Salary : $112,800 - $197,200
