This is a temporary position for approximately 6 -9 months.
The Lock Box Specialist is responsible for various duties within the Lockbox departments including inputting data, processing files, maintaining production levels, maintaining customer service levels, providing support to Treasury Management and other corporate departments, and providing exceptional customer service while supporting the Image Center/Net Image systems. Additional duties will include analyzing reports, developing and maintaining production reports and testing/training on operational systems.

Additional duties will include analyzing reports, developing and maintaining production reports and testing/training on operational systems.
Essential Functions
- Assist Retail Offices and corporate departments with questions
- Cultivate good working relationships with other departments
- Provide excellent customer service and business unit support
- Input data and process files into Image Center/Net Image
- Ensure all production level standards are met
- Interact as appropriate with all vendors and/or business partners
- Operate equipment and perform routine maintenance
- Partner with co-workers and other departments appropriately
- Protect the security of all information appropriately
- Recommend improvements to procedures
- Attempt to exceed production expectations
- Contribute to measurable goal setting and achievements
- Ensure total quality of work performed
- Prepare departmental reports
- Identify, research and resolve customer service issues
- Test new customer set ups
- Perform quality assurance checks of departmental work
- Train new lock box employees and provide training for other areas that work with lock box
- Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
- Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
- Work as part of a team
- Work with on-site equipment

- Knowledge of Lockbox products and services
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Less than 2 years item processing experience, banking, and/or teller experience preferred
- Data entry, technological, or relevant experience preferred
