Outside Sales Representatives are the key to our companys success for promoting and providing our products and services we offer here at Honey Bucket.
Your Day and Life of an Outside Sales Representative
- Building Customer Relationships: You will meet new people, businesses and companies while creating customer relationships. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will not only promote our products and services but will create bonds as you always take care of your customers.
- Identifying and Gaining New Sales Leads: Our Outside Sales Representatives drive to customer locations and developments to discuss services, products and how we pride and prove our self as being the premier provider of portable restroom services.
- Participating in the Growth of Company and Brand: Our goal is to expand our services across the surrounding cities and metro areas.
The Ideal Candidate
- You must pass a background check, DOT physical, Drug Test and have a clean driving record. All of our Outside Sales Reps must be fully qualified under the federal DOT standards.
- Safety sensitive position - Subject to pre-employment and random drug screening, including THC.
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook Aptitude and willingness to learn other sales and company-specific software.
- One to two years experience in sales related role that includes troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Our Pay and Benefits
- Base pay (Salary) with uncapped commission per week
- Benefits: Company paid insurance plan (medical, dental, and vision), employee bonuses, tuition reimbursement and 401K with company match. You also receive Paid Time Off.
- Company Vehicle, Tablet and Cellphone provided.
** Average Annual Salary (Salary Base uncapped commission): $60,000 to $100,000**
Upon joining Honey Bucket, we are dedicated to ensuring your success. All newly onboarded drivers, route supervisors, and salespeople are enrolled in an intensive one-week training program known as "Honey Bucket University" (HBU), hosted at either our corporate headquarters in Puyallup, WA, or our Conroe, TX office. This comprehensive training, fully covered by the company (inclusive of travel, food, and lodging expenses), offers an in-depth immersion into our organizational culture, standards, equipment (inclusive of trucks), and the roadmap to achievement at Honey Bucket.
