What are the responsibilities and job description for the Draw Inspector position at Northwest Monitoring?
What do we do?
- We work for banks verifying that the money being lent out to a builder is equal to the progress of the construction.
- Our model is to contract local individuals to use our app to document the progress of the construction. Our team of report writers update the Excel budget based of the photos. We then send the report to the bank.
What do we need?
- A flexible schedule - Requests come in randomly with a turn time of approximately 48 hours.
- Good communicators - We assign new projects in the Pruvan app and follow up with a text message. We need acknowledgement or a request to reschedule, if necessary. We also need someone that can make arrangements for a scheduled time to meet if necessary.
- Physically fit - We need someone that can walk on uneven construction sites and walk up multiple flights of stairs.
- Technology-friendly - we assign the projects, take photos and add notes in the Pruvan app. The app is compatible with Apple and Android devices and simple to use.
