CPD Temporary Assistant
Description of Position
Working within the NNU Center for Professional Development (CPD), the CPD Temporary Assistant is responsible for data entry and operational processing related to courses and transcripts. The CPD Temporary Assistant is under the direct supervision of the CPD Assistant Director and is a part time, hourly position.
Essential Functions
- Process all transcript requests.
- Complete data entry related to course processing and students.
- Respond to department emails as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Computer literacy (word processing, email, spreadsheets, database management).
- Ability to utilize various software programs (i.e. Google platforms, Excel, DocuSign).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The University requires that all candidates be Christians (preferably in the Wesleyan tradition), and must be comfortable with and in agreement with the mission and lifestyle values of NNU.
Compensation
This position is a temporary, per-diem (non-benefitted) and non-exempt. Hours and days will vary based on need. The work schedule is based on the normal NNU workweek (offices are generally open Monday through Friday from 8am - 5 pm). The compensation range is $12 - $12.50 per hour.
