Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking an amazing Desktop Support Analyst to join the IT team!
The Desktop Support Analyst serves as support to resolve NWSH Information Technology issues, fulfill requests for information technology services, and help facilitate technical project deployments. Emphasis on installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades to computer hardware, software, phones, printers, scanners and other peripherals for Northwest Specialty Hospital and its remote clinic locations. Will rely on your strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team with little to no supervision.
This position must bring a positive energy to the position, excellent written and verbal skills, ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment, strong interpersonal skills, results oriented, focus on accountability, ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
High school diploma- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience using Knowledge management tools
- Working knowledge of computer peripherals including but not limited to printers, fax machines, scanners, and mobile devices is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems, Windows based applications is required
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills that include application diagnostics, hardware diagnostics and operating systems are required
- Associate Degree with emphasis in Computer Sciences or related discipline from accredited institution preferred
- CompTIA A preferred

Salary : $42,000 - $53,200
