What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Staff position at Northwest Swim Club?
We are looking for responsible applicants who can apply on their own. When parents contact us for their children, it does not put their child’s application in the best light.
Northwest is rich in tradition and a member owned facility of 900 families, lead by a Board of Trustees and our Operations and Administrative Managers. The pool surface area is over 16,000 sq ft with a volume of about 650,000 gallons.
Under the direction of the Administrative Manger, Office staff are responsible for providing friendly service at the front desk. They will ensure professionalism to to pool members and guests while greeting members, taking payments, assisting with rentals, making announcements over the loudspeaker, answering phones and assisting with club special events. Various other duties may be assigned by the pool managers. Hours are approximately 12-30 hours per week with a pay range of $11.00-$14.00 per hour.
