Responsibilities include:
· Supervising program staff and ensuring safe oversight of clients receiving care.
· Maintaining communication with the probation officers and judges involved in the court monitoring of the program.
· Overseeing and scheduling group and individual treatment services for participants.
· Leading multidisciplinary team meetings with program staff and court personnel.
· Attending court hearings as representative of the treatment provider.
· Hiring and completing new staff orientation.
· Monitoring quantity, quality and timeliness of staff service documentation.
· Providing and documenting services including drug testing of program participants.
· Coordinating transportation to clients in company vehicles as needed.
· Maintaining facility and vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and safe operation.
Qualifications:
Prefer 6 or more college credits in a human service field and 1-year experience working in a behavioral health setting. Prior supervisor experience preferred.
