Responsibilities
Develops and maintains computerized system applications. Understands complex existing applications using workstation and network skill sets. Supports production systems including enhancements and change control. Provide Level I and II hardware support. This individual will also work with end users on a continuous basis assisting on both project and issue related tasks.
Qualifications
- Without Required Degree: One year in relevant technical and enterprise desktop systems support
- Associate Degree See Experience
- A (IT Certification)
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
