*** Our client is looking to hire a Clinical Supervisor- BCBA to join their team in the Silver Springs, MD area. Must have a BCBA certification and at least two years of BCBA experience. ***
Schedule: FT & PT: M-F 8:30am-7:00pm & Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Attend weekly team meetings including, modifying behavior plan and program maintenance
- Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed.
- Remain current and report updates on changes to Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards.
- Available promptly to parents, therapist, and staff by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need.
- Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc.
- Conduct evaluations in various environments, write evaluation reports, and create treatment plans
- Design and conduct family training programs, protocols, activities, and procedures and monitor the consistent implementation of procedures by parents
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
- State License (Maryland)
- Able to work independently (1 year)
- 2 years of BCBA experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
