Bend – Bullet Manufacturing
Redmond – Brass Manufacturing
Redmond – Ammunition Loading
Pay: $17.00*/hourly and up. *Hourly wage plus 2ndand 3rdshift differentials. Wage consideration will be given for those with manufacturing experience that closely matches our technical and experience requirements

Location and Typical Shift Hours*:
Bend, Monday – Friday
- 1st shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
-2nd shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm (plus 2ndshift differential)
- 3rd shift: 10:00pm – 6:30am (plus 3rdshift differential).
Redmond, Monday – Friday
- 1st shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
- 2ndshift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm (plus 2ndshift differential)
*Shift hours can vary depending on department.
Job Description: Manufacturing Associate
The Manufacturing Associate plays a key role in producing Nosler’s most famous product line; bullets, brass and the end product, ammunition. This position prepares, operates and observes related manufacturing machines. Occasional setup, repair, and light maintenance of machinery. This position also assists with regular inventory control processes.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Strong basic math skills including; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability read, write (clearly and legibly), speak and understand English
- Excellent eyesight, with or without correction, for close inspection work
- Familiarity of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches and hammers) and mechanical concepts
- Ability to physically endure repetitive motion for long periods of time
- Ability to repeatedly, for up to 8-10 hours per day, stand on a hard surface, lift, pull, stoop, bend, climb and reach
- Ability to move or maneuver up to 75lbs on a regular basis and occasionally lift up to 45lbs
- Ability to practice and adhere to all workplace safety rules and precautions
- Ability to work in a team orientated, quality focused and performance driven environment
- Ability to change and adapt to various situations and be able to change work focus at any time
- Possess an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to complete daily work is required in a face paced, goal driven environment
- Ability to pass and maintain a clean drug and criminal background screening
- Ability to abide by current COVID restrictions including personal hygiene, protective face coverings and social distancing
