Evolving as a Pre-Closer by having...

• High School Diploma or GED is necessary.
• Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience or a combination of education and experience.
  
  
  

Exciting Opportunities to Grow by...

• Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and consistency throughout loan file; address inconsistencies with processing staff.
• Review and audit loan documentation; verify all underwriting conditions have been met.
• Review, sort, and stack closing loan documents for shipping.
• Complete verifications of employment.
• Communicate with Funder in regards to missing or incorrect items within closing package; facilitate resolution of outstanding problems with documents.
• Review required documentation for Brokered Loans and communicate outstanding requirements for Funding.
