Full Job Description
Pest control company looking for a customer service representative to work full-time in Anaheim.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Answering a high volume of phone calls
- Communicating with customers in a professional manner via email/phone
- Scheduling technicians routes, and handling customer inquires
- Performing data entry, fill maintenance, reporting, and general office support tasks
- Knowledge with Fieldworkhq a plus but will train.
Qualifications:
- Must have Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong multitasking and organization skills
- Must be a team player, punctual, and reliable
Experience:
- Entry level position
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Previous pest/termite experience a PLUS
