Purpose of Position:
The retail salesperson will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience for anyone who calls, messages, or walks through the door of I69 Trailer Sales while maintaining an excellent sales record.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the retail team to drive a strong and positive working environment with clear communication and follow-up.
- Assist in ordering pre-sold and stock trailers from multiple sources.
- Accurately track, manage, and enter orders.
- Maintain strong communication with sales team, retail sales and manufacturing teams, customers, and partnering dealers.
- Complete data entry and maintain customer accounts with accuracy in our Retail system.
- Track, maintain, and organize all retail sales, and stay current with supply, demand, and trends.
- Ensure that all licensing paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with and communicate delivery schedule with I69 shipping coordinator.
- Take responsibility for the aesthetic of I69 Trailer Sales by maintaining a clean internal and external showroom.
- Offer support to the sales team in order to assist them in driving parts sales and service offerings in our area.
- Contribute to team efforts by reaching monthly sales goals.
Other Job Functions Include:

- Ensure strong and positive communication with leadership and co-workers.
