Novarad is seeking a driven and career-minded Finance Associate to join our Finance team. This position has the long-term potential to grow into a leadership role within the department and company. Local candidates only, please.

What You’ll Do
• Utilize knowledge of accounting principles related to classifying, recording, and summarizing data and making computations to compile and keep financial records.
• Assist in preparing, recording and reviewing customer and vendor transactions
• Finalize accounting reports.
• Study and analyze accounting records for purposes of preparing ad hoc statements and reports.
• Keep and verify records of transactions; compute and verify amounts; prepare records; combine data; and compute costs, verify bills, invoices, rates, and amounts due.
• May be involved in analyzing past and present financial operations and future estimates.
• Analyze records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred.
• Assist in the maintenance of budgeting systems that provide control of expenditures made to carry out business activities
Who We’re Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and/or 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
• 2 years accounting or finance experience (with degree)
• Microsoft Office experience
• Accounting software experience
• Accounts receivable experience
Preferred Qualifications
• NetSuite accounting software experience
• Great Plains accounting software experience
• Advanced Excel skills
What to Expect
• 40 hours/week
• Work in a shared office, open cubicle area
• 100% in-office position at corporate offices in Provo, UT
