Description
Novaspect, Inc., currently has an opportunity for a full time Inside Sales Engineer to join our fast-growing team.
In this role, you will assist in all stages of the sales cycle, including interpreting customer specifications, recommending optimal solutions, preparing quotations, following up on quotes, and reviewing purchase orders, all the while ensuring customer service is maintained.
Inside Sales Engineer Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop competitive engineered solutions to customer specifications and requirements using products and services provided by Novaspect.
- Articulate technical features and benefits of our products to our customers.
- Expand sales opportunities when interacting with customers.
- Proactively engage customers to sell Novaspect products and solutions
- Prepare quotations and bid proposals.
- Follow up on all quote opportunities with customers to close sales.
- Troubleshoot customer technical questions; provide aftermarket product support.
- Understand and implement pricing strategies, marketing and account management plans.
- Develop customer relationships to earn status as their trusted advisor.
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in products and industries.
- Actively participates with team members to achieve company goals.
Requirements
Inside Sales Engineer Education, Knowledge and/or Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering strongly preferred. Bachelor's or Associate’s degree with equivalent work experience required.
- Previous experience developing industrial quotations and job estimates.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills and experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce CRM experience.
Inside Sales Engineer Physical Requirements:·
- Ability to work extended hours on a computer.
Inside Sales Engineer Pay:
- Compensation Potential: $70,000 - $90,000; inclusive of base salary and bonus

Inside Sales Engineer Schedule:
- Hybrid work schedule eligible after 3-6 months (up to 2 days at home).
- 7:30am – 4:30pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm with one hour for lunch.
