Product Manager

Position: Product Manager
Location: Remote but preferably in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
Salary: $150,000 per year ( 30% potential company bonus)

The Client:
Our client is looking for a new Product Manager to join the building and development side of their senior production team. If you have experience and passion for product marketing and delivery, this might be worth a read.

Responsibilities:
* Define product roadmap and strategy for product lines by identifying and filling product gaps, developing product pricing and positioning strategies, and driving product launches with marketing, operations, engineering, supply chain, finance teams, etc.
* Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
* Manage the financial performance of product lines across all market segments, including bookings and gross profitability results.
* Work closely with the sales team to create demand in the market - frequently visit customers together with the sales team. - While also soliciting feedback on company products and services.
* Work together with the sales and operations teams to provide forecasted product line demand as part of the monthly SIOP process.

Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, or business is required. A master's degree is a plus.
* 3-5 years in B2B product management in a manufacturing environment. Experience in highway safety, road construction, or traffic control is a plus.
* Demonstrated the ability to develop and execute successful product strategies and roadmaps.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
