Job Description
NAOVI is seeking a Junior Instructional Systems Designer to support the following government task:
Primary responsibilities:
- Provides general support to Directorates, Offices, and Centers with ad hoc and future training requirements such as MI FO, PDB, Ci/SEC, CLPT, and IG.
- Designs and conducts training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance for courses such as the IRIS Training, Records Management Training, Empathy Training, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity, Small Steps Inclusion, and other courses as required.
- May analyze training needs.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design.
- 7 years experience as a graphic design, development, software.
- Intelligence Community (IC) experience with design, web development, testing and working within the Intelligence Community.
- Security Clearance: MUST Currently Possess an ACTIVE TS/SCI w/CI polygraph for consideration.
