Job Description         

NAOVI is seeking a Junior Knowledge Management Specialist to support the following government task:

Primary responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and some administrative work at Junior level.
• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
• Perform quality control/testing and provide feedback on the functioning of web features in displaying content.
• Maintain a well-organized repository and pipeline of content for review and upload.
• Maintain open communication and effective collaboration with team members and supervisors to enable continuous performance improvement.
• Possess excellent judgment and reliability,
• Have strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail,
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills,
• Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite,
• Be able to multitask and work under deadlines in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Ability to assist Journeyman and Senior KM staff members as needed.
• Be capable of prioritizing tasks and follow up on actions without prompting,
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances, and
• Be willing to go the extra mile and participate as an active team member who assists other team members as necessary.

Experience and Education:

• Must have Bachelors Degree in BA or BS.
• 5 - 8 years’ experience in knowledge management, communications and worked within the Intelligence Community (IC).
• Security Clearance: MUST Currently Possess an ACTIVE TS/SCI w/CI polygraph. No Clearance Sponsorships!
